We welcome Kathy McGinn to office staff as our Facility Rental Coordinator! She will be in charge of all hall & pavilion rentals as well as question on our facilities. Please contact her to book your date at (262)673-7214. She will be able to assist you via e-mail at hallrentals@townofhartfordwi.com or on Mondays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or Wednesday's from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We also have our pavilion that is available to rent. The pavilion is not available for rent from Dec 1st to April 1st due to the high cost of heating it. Please call the town at (262) 673-7214 to check on the availability so you may book your event.
The Town Hall is available for rentals year round.
